- Hotel operates round the clock.
- Hotel is intended for temporary stay. The temporary accommodation in the Hotel shall not exceed 3 months period. The management of the Hotel should approve the accommodation for a longer period.
- For security purposes, guests are to show guests’ card at the entrance. Visitors are to show the ID - Russian Passport or any other documents proving the identity of the citizen.
- The payment for accommodation and extra services.
- The total guests’ number in the room should be according to the type of the room.
- Extra beds are not provided.
- The accommodation for children under 7 (without extra bed) is free.
- The accommodation of guests’ visitors in a room from 11.00 p.m. untill 8.00 a.m. is charged in accordance with the present hotel price-list.
- The following services are provided for Guests free of charge:
- emergency call;
- mail delivery to the room;
- wake-up calls on request;
- hot water, sewing set, tableware and cutlery items;
- Wi-Fi;
- call for a taxi on request;
- The extra services are charged in accordance with the approved price-list
- The guests staying at the Hotel undertake to:
- follow the Accommodation Rules;
- not disturb other guests, observe silence and public order, maintain cleanness in the room and at the hotel;
- follow the rules of fire safety, eliminate the possibility of fire;
- pay for the damage to the Hotel property according to the stated price-list;
- while checking out to pay for the provided services in full, to inform the front desk manager of their departure;
- The Guestsareprohibited:
- To leave the visitors in the room during the Guest’s absence and give them the key-card;
- To keep animals in the room (birds, reptiles);
- To smoke in the room;
- To keep bulky things in the room, inflammable materials, arms, toxic stuff and radioactive materials.
- The hotel is not responsible for loss of money, other currency assets, and valuables not kept in the room safe or in the safe-deposit boxes at the Reception.
The following Rules have been developed in accordance with «The Regulation of Hotel Services Provision in the Russian Federation», approved by the Government of the Russian Federation, dated April 25 1997, No 490.
